May Theatres is a Canadian theatre chain with four theatres located in Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan. Offering both 2D and 3D screenings, May Theatres operates as an independent theatre chain that showcases Hollywood's top films. Founded by Philip Tanner May in Wainwright, Alberta, he originally started with the Elite Theatre. From there the company grew and is now run by Colin May, whose children Noel and Sydney May also work for the company, becoming the fourth generation to do so.
