2012: Disaster Mania

Director Roland Emmerich might be a master when it comes to shooting disaster movies, but he was adamant that 2012 had to be the mother of all disasters if he were to take it on.

Never before has a date in history been so significant to so many cultures, so many religions, scientists, and governments. 2012 is an epic adventure about a global cataclysm that brings an end to the world and tells of the heroic struggle of the survivors. The film stars John Cusack, Amanda Peet and Chiwetel Ejiofor and is a roller coaster ride that doesn't let up.
