Clash of the Titans

Interview with Alexa Davalos (Clash of the Titans)

Alexa Davalos may not be a household name, but after we see her in the highly anticipated remake Clash of the Titans, things are going to change for the talented actress. Davalos stars as Andromeda, the captured princess whom Perseus sets out to rescue. Davalos had an amazing experience shooting this action-packed film and was thrilled when she found out she’d won the role. The film focuses on the ultimate struggle for power pitting men against kings and kings against gods, however the war between the gods themselves could destroy the world. Born of a god but raised as a man, Perseus (Sam Worthington) sets off on a perilous journey deep into forbidden worlds in an attempt to save his family from Hades (Ralph Fiennes), vengeful god of the underworld. Battling unholy demons and fearsome beasts, he will only survive if he can accept his power as a god, defy his fate and create his own destiny.

Tribute’s Bonnie Laufer spoke with Davalos in Los Angeles about the overdose of testosterone on the set, her thoughts on co-star Worthington and how he looks in a skirt, and the Daniel Craig connection with three of her Clash co-stars.
