As a very-pregnant Esther (Alexia Rasmussen) walks home after her doctor's appointment, she is brutally attacked and disfigured by a hooded assailant. Seeking consolation, she joins a support group where she befriends Melanie (Alexa Havins). However, a chance encounter proves that no one in her life are who they seem to be. The film unwraps a series of twists and turns that prove to be quite shocking.
