Interview: Brendan Gleeson talks about Perrier’s Bounty

Tribute’s Ola Sturik sat down with Brendan Gleeson at TIFF to talk about his role in Ian Fitzgibbon’s new crime caper, Perrier’s Bounty.

In Perrier’s Bounty, Gleeson plays notorious Dublin crime boss, Darren Perrier, who seeks revenge on a lowly thug (Cillian Murphy) after one of his cronies ends up dead.

In the interview, Gleeson talks to Tribute about playing dodgy characters, the challenge of working with lazy dogs, and being nominated for an Emmy for his portrayal of Winston Churchill.

Gleeson also discusses his recurring role as Alastor Moody in the Harry Potter film franchise.
