The Perks of Being a Wallflower is said by many to be actor Ezra Miller's true breakout role. The coming-of-age story is about a group of high school friends and Tribute.ca spoke with the star—joined by his two co-stars, Mae Whitman and Johnny Simmons—about their own school experiences. The film follows Lerman’s character, Charlie, and his journey into adulthood with his somewhat unusual opinions on love, friendship and life.
