Mike Cahill - Another Earth Interview

Writer/director Mike Cahill was pretty pleased when his film Another Earth debuted at the Sundance Film Festival to both critical and audience acclaim. The movie stars Brit Marling as young girl with a very bright future—until she causes a horrific car accident that will change the lives of everyone involved forever. The movie also deals with the idea that there is another planet out there that is identical to Earth, populated by duplicates of us.

Bonnie Laufer from Tribute spoke with Mike about why people are connecting to this movie, his collaboration with Brit Marling and what it would be like to meet his "other" self.
