Oscar Isaac, who plays Resistance pilot Poe Dameron in Star Wars: The Force Awakens, reveals that director J.J. Abrams was very open to new ideas and improvisation and so he allowed him to inject some humor into his character. He also says his family, who are all big Star Wars fans, were thrilled when they found out he had a role in the movie and reveals his uncle even got to be an extra in the film.
