Penelope Ann Miller is co-starring in what has to be one of the most intriguing films of the year: The Artist, a black & white silent film, which is garnering critical praise and collecting awards at every recent ceremony. There is no doubt it will make a sweep at this year's Oscars. Miller stars alongside Jean Dujardin, who plays a movie star afraid that the arrival of "talkies" will cause his career to fade into obscurity.
