Interview: Vera Farmiga for Up in the Air

Tribute’s Bonnie Laufer-Krebs sat down with Vera Farmiga at TIFF 2009 to talk about her role in the Jason Reitman drama, Up in the Air.

In Up in the Air, Farmiga plays Alex, the love interest of Ryan Bingham (George Clooney) a corporate downsizing expert who has to reevaluate his cherished life on the road when his career becomes threatened.

In the interview, Farmiga talks to Tribute about working with director Jason Reitman, why you don’t want to be stuck behind her at the airport, and what’s really so attractive about her handsome co-star.

Farmiga also stars in another film at TIFF this year—Niki Caro’s The Vintner’s Luck.
