CAREER HIGHLIGHTS GoldenEye (1995) After a few bit parts, Janssen landed the coveted role of Xenia Onatopp in GoldenEye opposite Pierce Brosnan. The former model managed to make Onatopp, a Soviet mafia assassin who crushes her victims to death with her thighs, one of the sexiest Bond girls ever. Rounders (1998) Building on some smaller roles, Janssen delivers a nicely understated performance as Petra, the maven of the Chesterfields poker club with the hots for Matt Damon. X-Men (2000) Janssen's turn as Dr. Jean Grey in this box-office hit had a super effect on her career. Janssen returned to the role in X2: X-Men United and yes, despite the apparent demise of Jean Grey in the last installment, Janssen does return in this film with an epic storyline straight out of the Marvel comic.
