The
lowdown on J. Lo
Love may not cost a thing but stopping a tell-all book on Jennifer
Lopez reportedly costs $5 million. That's the price Ojani Noa, Lopez's
first husband is reportedly demanding to keep him from negotiating a book
deal about the singer/actress, according to a lawsuit recently filed by
Lopez. The suit also claims the manuscript, called The Unknown Truth: A
Passionate Portrait of a Serial Thriller, contains "negative,
denigrating and disparaging" details about Lopez.

Federline aka Mr. Britney Spears has finally found a way to
make his notoriety payoff. The would-be rapper was reportedly paid $20,000
to spend 90 minutes in the VIP section (where guests could buy 10-person
tables for $1,500) of an Atlanta club with Britney nearby while he
promoted his rap album.

Scarlett
Men's mag FHM held their 100 Sexiest Women in the World poll
recently and Scarlett Johansson is the people's choice for the
world's sexiest woman. She thanked readers for the huge compliment and
said, "one of the best things for a woman to hear is that she is
sexy." Johansson beat out last year's number one Angelina Jolie, as
well as Jessica Alba and Keira Knightley, who also made the top 10.

Fanboys and girls rejoice! Warner Bros. Pictures have announced that when Superman
Returns is released on June 30 it will also be shown on IMAX screens,
with 20 minutes of action converted into 3-D. It will mark the first time
a live-action Hollywood feature will use IMAX 3-D technology. Moviegoers
will be given some sort of visual onscreen cue when it's time to don their
fancy specs so they don't miss a moment of the magic.
Splitsville
Another month, another batch of celeb splits, this time in the music
industry. Less than three months after remarrying ex-wife Kim Mathers in a
lavish ceremony, Eminem has filed for divorce. No reason for the breakup
was given. Def Jam co-founder Russell Simmons, 48, and model-wife, Kimora
Lee Simmons, 30, also announced they were calling it quits after seven
years of marriage. The two, who have two daughters, remain that old
standby "committed parents and caring friends."
How
about them tomatoes?
Julia Roberts didn't let her superstar status overshadow her
Broadway debut, in the first preview of Three Days of Rain. The
sold out crowd gave her such an overwhelming applause that her first few
lines were barely heard. Midway through the second act, Roberts broke
character and started laughing hysterically at a prop tomato, as it
bounced all over the stage. The play officially opened April 19.
A
family affair
It really pays off to have a family full of actors. The Arquettes,
who include actors Clifford, Lewis, Rosanna, Richmond, Patricia,
Alexis and David are being recognized as a family unit. The
American Film Institute has honored the brood with the sixth Platinum
Circle Award, recognizing creative contributions to TV and film. Courteney
Cox (David's wife) and Thomas Jane (Patricia's fianc) will also take
part in the honors.

Danny Ocean's loveable gang of thieves will be at it again in the
obviously titled Ocean's 13. George Clooney, Brad Pitt and
Matt Damon are set to return along with the rest of the cast. Director
Steven Soderbergh will also be back to helm the film. While currently not
written into the script, Julia Roberts' and Catherine Zeta Jones'
characters could return if the filmmakers hit on a good idea to include
the actresses said producer Jerry Weintraub. The film will hit screens
next summer.
