Dear Tribute,
Just picked up Tribute and read your article on Johnny Depp. Being a huge fan of his films, which are so diversified in content (I've seen all of them), I'm so happy to say I saw Blow three times already. It
was funny, sad and Depp does a great portrayal of
a person strung out, and out of control.
Films help to keep me sane. To be able to forget everything for a few hours - where else is there but the theater? Thank God for actors of Depp's quality and - hey - his looks aren't hard on the eyes either. Talent and looks - and he's a musician too - but you forgot to mention his extraordinary work in Benny & Joon.

Dear Tribute,
I went to see Moulin Rouge on its second day
out. I went with a group of people and we were so
disgusted by the filth of the first 20-25 minutes of the movie, that we walked out and asked for our
money back or exchange for another movie. Nicole Kidman is playing too many sleazy roles lately. I'm afraid I will not be going to see her act again. She is no longer a credible actress anymore. I am so disappointed in her choice of films.

Dear Tribute,
I recently picked up Tribute while attending the new movie Pearl Harbor. Although many newspaper critics unfortunately dumped on this movie, I found Pearl Harbor very entertaining.
It's well-filmed, has drama, action, romance and a smart plot. The movie contains friendship, love and honor, and also has some comedy and not as much gore as Tora, Tora, Tora. Plus, this movie caters to a wide age group and it's not cheap in length. Out of fairness to this movie, I hope Tribute prints this letter.

Dear Tribute,
I love your magazine. Every time I go to the theater, I make sure to pick up a copy to read while waiting for the movie to begin. After 22 years of publication, I would say you are the leading movie magazine. I really enjoy the articles and film descriptions.
I just picked up the June issue of Tribute and loved the summer preview guide. It is really helpful in planning which movies to see and which ones to avoid.
I am a big fan of Anna Paquin, and was hoping she would be in one of the big summer blockbusters. However, she is not. I was wondering if you could tell me a little bit about her, and where I could write to her.
I would like to tell her what a big fan I am.
  Thank you for your time.

The Winnipeg-born actress can be seen in two upcoming movies, Darkness and Buffalo Soldiers. Anna Paquin won an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress for her role as Holly Hunter's young daughter in The Piano. She can be reached through the William Morris Agency in Beverly Hills.
