He learns the business from a well-known dealer and then teams up with the two other men to become a dominant force, though the cost may ultimately be his conscience. Stars Wood Harris, Mekhi Phifer and Cam'ron. Directed by Charles Stone III, who is probably best known for his Budweiser "Whassup" commercials.
