Hollywood's most celebrated TV child star (
Mark Rendall) comes to Toronto, accompanied by his mother (
Jennifer Jason Leigh), to make a blockbuster action movie. But when pressures become too much, the child star goes AWOL.

Canadian Connection: Largely Canadian cast, director
Don McKellar; filmed in Toronto, Ontario.
Ew. Not even worth renting.
I`m glad I saw this on TV -- so I could turn it off and I didn`t waste any money paying to see this piece of....you get the point.
AWFUL!!!! I couldn`t believe what a waste of my time to sit through this garbage. And the most ironic thing is that the director is trying to say that children shouldn`t work in films and making fun of their parents for doing that to them. I agree, but in making that statement he just made asses of the idiots who let their kid star in this -- the stuff he had to do no kid should have to do at that age. It was just unbelievable. I hope the director and parents both pay the price for having put that kid in this garbarge.
