Born into the mob, good-natured veterinarian Corky Romano (Kattan), never fit in with his crime relatives and was banished from his family at an early age.

Years later, Corky's crime lord dad Pops Romano (Falk), has been indicted by a Grand Jury, which spells the end of the kingpin's reign. To save his skin, Pops decides to force Corky undercover into the FBI and steal the evidence against him.

Set up with a fake résumé which makes him out to be a super agent, Corky must suddenly play the part or be discovered and arrested. As investigators get closer to the Romano family, Corky gets caught in their dragnet.
