An independent, single mother who owns a small hotel on an idyllic Greek island, Donna (Meryl Streep) is about to let go of Sophie (Amanda Seyfried), the spirited daughter she's raised alone. Love the film, have watched the DVD many times, listen to the soundtrack daily. No the songs aren't sung perfectly but the energy and vibrancy of the cast never fails to give me a boost
this is one of the best i have watched it i do not know how many times it is just great.
well done to all,i shall keep watching and singing along than you all for the music.
