The Haunted Castle in 3D Movie Synopsis
In this 3D IMAX film, an aspiring musician is summoned to his estranged mothers castle following
her death. As soon as he enters the structure, fantastical things start to happen as the castle
seems to come alive. There he meets spirits named Mephisto and Mr. D who offer him an opportunity
of a lifetime... with deadly consequences.
Great 3D and soundtrack. Pathetic story-line.
Cheesy: gratuitous special effects, no real plot, and WAAAY too loud. My only consolation was that I didn`t pay full price for the ticket!
The visuals were very exciting, much more so than the usual computer-generated IMAX movie, but if I were to watch it again, it would definitely, absolutely be for the music and the singing voices. It was--and they were--WONDERFUL!!!
