A man moves his two daughters to Italy after their mother dies in a car accident, in order to revitalize their lives. Genova changes all three of them as the youngest daughter starts to see the ghost of her mother, while the older one discovers her sexuality.
I thought maybe it was a movie lead in to a TV series as there were so many undeveloped sub-plots when the movie ended. Each character had events unfolding which were never resolved. Disappointing.
This was an excuse to get a free holiday in Genoa. No story, no plot, just a lot of scenery.
