Barbershop Movie Synopsis

Calvin (Ice Cube) inherited a struggling barbershop on the south side of Chicago from his father, but sees it as a waste of time. After selling the shop to a loan shark, however, Calvin begins to see his father's vision and legacy -- and struggles with the notion that he just sold it out. Realizing the shop's importance to the community -- and to the people who work there -- Calvin's got to raise the money to get it back and keep the shop in the family.
