On the eve of his departure for Japan, Rob (
Michael Stahl-David) sees his going-away party as an opportunity to confess unresolved feelings and tie up loose ends. His agenda takes an unexpected turn when a jolt shakes the revelers. The crowd quiets down to watch news reports of an earthquake, then rushes to the roof to assess the damage. A fireball explodes on the distant horizon. A power failure follows. Confusion gives way to panic as the partygoers stumble through the blackout and into the streets.
Amid the human screams and one inhuman roar, Rob and his friends must traverse a landscape that has changed, overtaken by something otherworldly, terrifying, monstrous...
WORST MOVIE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!
you only saw the full monster in the last 10 minoutes of the movie complete garbage a complete rip-off of godzilla 1 star wait till it becomes free on tv
To say that the characters had the depth of a teaspoon would be giving too much credit
To say that the plot was solid would again be giving too much credit.
To say that the special effects were original - would be an outright lie (and they were done better in the movies they were ripped off from)
in my opinion those that dispute any of those statements really haven't seen a clasic monster movie EVER.
The best thing about the movie was the camera - I want it hell it can get dropped more times than you can count and still work. Run as a light source, use lowlight, and run all night without changing batteries or being recharged. AND CAN NOT ONLY SURVIVE A NUKE BUT PROTECT A TAP
