In debt to the hilt, Didier Graindorge has had to return to live with his mother. However, he has a new obsession: winning the grand prize in a disco dance contest—a trip to Australia—organized by his friend who owns the Gin Fizz nightclub.
Once a talented dancer, Didier gets out his dancing duds and resumes training with his pals Walter and Neuneuil, with whom he used to perform under the name 'Bee Kings'. In order to brush up on their skills, the trio seeks the help of classical dancer teacher France Navarre. He soon falls in love with France and is ready for anything.
