Life Or Something Like It Movie Synopsis
Television news reporter Lanie Kerrigan (Jolie) thinks her life is perfect - - perfect job, perfect apartment, perfect wardrobe, perfect boyfriend. But her "perfect" world starts unravelling after a homeless street seer (Shalhoub) tells Lanie that she leads a meaningless existence, and will die the following week. When the savant's other predictions come true, Lanie begins to re-examine her life and priorities, all in a whirlwind one-week period. As if things weren't crazy enough for Lanie, romantic sparks fly as she reluctantly teams with a cameraman (Burns) with whom she has long been at odds.
It wouldm`t has been that great if Angelina Jolie wasn`t in it
I loved this movie. it had comedy and drama. I am a huge fan of Angelina Jolie too.
This was surprisingly one of the better movies that I have seen all year. I never really cared for Angelina Jolie, but I thought that she brought the right amount of charm and innocence to the part. The chemistry between Jolie and Burns added the steaminess to the already rich storyline.
