Nora Movie Synopsis
Based on the novel by Brenda Maddox, this biopic of the famous writer, James Joyce (McGregor) tells of his tempestuous, yet inspirational love affair with his lifelong love and muse Nora Barnacle (Lynch). In 1904, Nora left Dublin with Joyce, a man she hardly even knew, and set out on a European adventure. By March 1905 the lovers had set up home in Trieste, where Joyce was offered a position with the Berlitz School. During the next ten years, the couple had many high and low points.
