New York's intense street dancing underground comes alive in the third installment of the STEP UP franchise as the raw, passion-fueled culture goes global. A tight-knit group of street dancers, including Luke (Rick Malambri) and Natalie (Sharni Vinson), team up with NYU freshman Moose (Adam Sevani), and find themselves pitted against the world's best hip hop dancers in a high-stakes showdown that will change their lives forever.
I haven't seen the first two movies but enjoyed Step Up 3. I didn't see it in 3D but I think it would be even better in 3D. I love Adam Shankman (producer) from "So You Think You Can Dance" and had wanted to see this movie due to his plugs on the show. Adam Sevani (Moose) is adorable, Rick Malambri (Luke) is so hot, and Sharni Vinson's (Natalie's) dancing is incredible! An amazing crew of dancers and some outstanding dancing. I especially loved the final number. My only critique would be that some of the scenes don't look realistic. Overall though I would recommend seeing this movie if you like dance.
