the anniversary party Movie Synopsis
After a year-long separation, Joe (Cumming) and Sally (Leigh) reconcile and
host a party celebrating their sixth wedding anniversary. Unfortunately, the
party becomes an emotionally-charged minefield when one of the gifts leads
to a game of Truth or Dare, and Joe and Sally's relationship hangs in the balance.
It was one of the most honest movies I`ve seen in some time. And I`ve seen quite a few.
Perfect movie. Diffrence. I love this. Alan is a master.
This film sucked. My pals and I gave it almost an hour to win us over but it was just boring and did not engage any of us. It kept promising to start but never delivered. It was quite painful to watch the hour that we did try it but I cannot see the charm at all. Most of the dialogue made me feel awkward and uncomfortable because it was so phoney and meaningless. A great ensemble cast but with poor material. Sorry! Don`t waste your time.
