The Cell

When a deadly flu epidemic leaves a serial killer (D'Onofrio) in a coma, he is the only person who knows where his latest victim is being held. Believed to be currently alive, it is up to science to extract information on the victim's location from the unconscious man.

A scientist (Lopez) invents a new technique of mental transferral that she tests on the comatose serial killer in the hopes of saving a young kidnapped girl. Unfortunately... things don't go exactly as plannned.
