The Dreamers Movie Synopsis

Set against the turbulent political backdrop of France in the spring of 1968 when the voice of youth was reverberating around Europe, The Dreamers is a story of self-discovery as three students test each other to see just how far they will go. Left alone while their parents are on holiday, Isabelle (Eva Green) and her brother Theo (Louis Garrel) invite Matthew (Michael Pitt), a young American student, to stay at their apartment. Here they make their own rules as they experiment with their emotions and sexuality while playing a series of increasingly demanding mind games.

I just saw this movie on the IFC channel....fantastic! Eva Green is the most sensual actress in film today.

Very bold. People that say this movie is to much need to understand that when you make a movie like this, your not trying to appeal to a mainstream audience. Therefore when you say it`s, "a little too much" you fail to understand the point of the film. The world that takes place within the appartment is a world of it`s own. Therefore the acts and behaviours of all three characters are not to be recognized as common because they are strange, and this is what makes the movie so beautiful. All three characters are seperate from the outsideword. This is a world which can only exist in the mind, a dream. It is a world where social sanctions are ig

ok but a little too much
