Mickey Haller (Matthew McConaughey) is a successful Los Angeles criminal defense attorney who operates out of the back of his chauffer-driven Lincoln sedan. When Louis Roulet (Ryan Phillippe), the son of wealthy parents, is accused of rape and attempted murder, Mickey is personally asked to take on the case by the family.
He takes on the case but comes to regret it when he discovers why the Roulets asked for him. The seemingly straightforward case soon develops into a deadly game for survival.
A bit silly, but fun nonetheless.
Good movie, enjoyed it very much.
Found this a tad boring and too unbelievable to be enjoyable.
