The One Movie Synopsis
In a world where alternate life waves exist in alternate universes, a Multiverse Bureau of Investigations is formed to uphold laws made to stop people from making unauthorized trips from one universe to the next. A former Multiverse investigator, Gabriel Yulaw (Li) has traversed 123 universes hunting down his alternate life forces. As he kills each one, he becomes stronger as the the alternates life force. His goal is to be the only one, which he believes would make him a god, though others believe the result would either explode or implode the universe.
One cop (Li), known as Gabe, is the last alternate life wave standing between Yulaw and his ultimate goal. As he is hunted down by Yulaw, the Multiverse Bureau has assigned orders to two agents (Lindo and Statham) to ensure neither Gabriel becomes The One.
I think this movie had one of the most original story lines to come out of a studio for years that and Li`s believable performance make it a pleasure to watch over and over again...well that and the super kick butt fight scenes.
