This mini-series marks the 100th anniversary of the Titanic's doomed voyage, cleverly weaving action, mystery and romantic plots. As the story unfolds, the events are followed through the eyes of a number of interesting characters from all levels of society, showing viewers life in 1912 and the tragic events leading up to the deaths of 1,517 passengers.
really poorly edited, you can never really get into the story because it's so choppy.
too many storylines in too short a filming timeframe leads to lack of audience interest in the characters. in other words, characters were spread too thin.
different from the big screen movie, but really interesting.
