Woman On Top Movie Synopsis
Isabella (Cruz) has culinary talents that melt the palates and hearts of men. When she meets her
husband Tony (Benicio), she puts aside her dreams of becoming a famous chef to cook at his Brazilian
restaurant. But after she discovers him in bed with another woman, she flees to San Francisco to stay
with a friend (Perrineau). Through a series of events, she becomes an overnight sensation as the host
of a cooking show.
I thought this was comical, entertaining...the magic realism took my imagination away to a wonderful place!!! Penelope was great as well as the rest of the cast! I wouldn`t change a thing despite all of the bad reviews I have read on the internet!
