Beauty and the Beast“As the years passed, he fell into despair and lost all hope. For who could ever learn to love a beast?” A tale as old as time, this is the story of Beauty and the Beast. This long weekend, Casa Loma turns into a stunning fairy tale castle with displays you wouldn’t want to miss.

The Beauty and the Beast exhibit at Casa Loma gives an exclusive glimpse at some of the stunning costumes from the film. Kids can participate in special themed activities that will be a truly magical experience. Select media were invited to preview the exhibit and we enjoyed a whimsical tour of the place.

Casa Loma is the only location in Canada that will display some of the costumes in the film, including Belle’s (Emma Watson) iconic blue outfit. Access to the displays is included in the Casa Loma admission price. The exhibit runs from today through to Monday, Feb 20.

This fun-filled themed event comes a month before the release of the beloved Disney classic live-action film adaptation starring Emma Watson, Dan Stevens, Luke Evans, Josh Gad, Kevin Kline, Ewan McGregor, Stanley Tucci, Emma Thompson, Ian McKellen and Gugu Mbatha-Raw.

The film opens in theaters on March 17. Check out some of the images from the exhibit below. ~Marriska Fernandes

Just came back from seeing the even! Castle Loma was amazing the activitys were awesome and e atmosphere was lovely……. except for one thing, THEY DIDNT HAVE BELLES YELLOW GOWN! That’s right they didn’t have her signature gown or the beasts outfit, instead all we saw where some side character and I’m a little disappointed since that was the dress they were advertising. 🙁 all in all it was a great day.
