Dannielynn goes home

Anna Nicole Smith’s mother, Virgie Arthur, lost her final appeal to block biological father Larry Birkhead from leaving the Bahamas with his daughter, seven-month-old Dannielynn. Birkhead has obtained a new birth certificate for the baby, bearing the name Dannielynn Hope Marshall Birkhead. They will fly home to the United States sometime this week.

Firth makes musical debut

British actor Colin Firth (Bridget Jones’ Diary) will be making his musical debut in the film version of the Broadway hit Mamma Mia, according to The Hollywood Reporter. He’ll join Meryl Streep, Pierce Brosnan and Christine Baranski in the film, which features 22 songs by the Swedish group Abba.
