Alison Pill has called off her engagement to Jay Baruchel. Baruchel, 30, known for his roles in The Sorcerer’s Apprentice and Good Neighbours, hinted the split via Twitter a few weeks back: “Alone again, naturally. Heartbroken. I won’t be on twitter for awhile gang. Getting dumped rules” and then deleted his account. Meanwhile, Pill, 27, who starred in Midnight In Paris, also doesn’t have a Twitter account anymore. When interviewed by ET Canada over the weekend, she shared, “There will be no marriage.” They became engaged during the 2010 holidays, and Baruchel gave her a 180-year old Victorian wedding band as a Christmas present. At the time, he said, “I’m pretty sure my words were ‘F–k it, do you want to marry me?’ to which she said, ‘Yes, of course.'” ~Carlos Laron
