Three-time Oscar nominee Amy Adams has signed on to appear on Broadway this summer. She proved she could sing in Enchanted and The Muppets, but this time she'll be singing live. The 37-year-old actress recently joined the cast of The Public Theater's Shakespeare in the Park summer season. Adams will play the role of the Baker's wife in Stephen Sondheim's Tony Award-winning musical Into the Woods. The play takes several different Brothers Grimm fairy tales and intertwines them together into one plot. The production will take place at the Delacorte Theatre from July 23 to August 25. You can also catch Adams later this year on the big screen opposite Clint Eastwood in the film Trouble with the Curve. ~Renita Naraine

She reminds me of a young Julie Andrews. I guess she has the chops to go with it, that's great. Way to go Amy.
Amy Adams is one talented actress/singer. She's wonderful.
Is this cause she can't get decent movie roles anymore?
I bet she could give a real nasty bite!!
Wasn't she in A Night at the Museum?
