Angelina Jolie turns it up a few notches to play a CIA agent in the action packed thriller, Salt. The actress trained hard, doing many of her own stunts and came away relatively unscathed.
Tribute‘s Toni Ippolito spoke with Angelina and her co-stars in Washington D.C. about the film and found out, now that Angelina has officially taken on a James Bond type of role, do her kids think she is cool?

She is The only chic in Hollywood who could pull it off!
It’s nice to see Angie in such a physical role. I believe she is the only one who could really pull this kind of movie off. Far and apart from Lara Croft. This is a very visceral movie. That cuts to the heart of who I believe we are and our primal instinct. Protect those we love and defend oneself against all adversity. Go Angie go . I’m a fan . Still.
Warmest Regards,

Being a trained actor, acting coach and Language/Literacy teacher at my own Center, this film for me was a must see experience. First of all the story idea, premise, final camera ready script was so completely well done. Kudos for the writers and pre-production people. Then the casting, very well done! Bringing together for this project such capable on camera actors, all having already payed their dues in other places and lesser venues, was in itself praiseworthy. Then the actually run for it!! The directing, the pacing of action, story development, time per scene, per character, almost too deliberate, almost too pedantic, pedagogical, but smoothly, almost seamlessly fabricated. This is a good feature for any aspirant of being an on-camera actor, director, writer, sound-designer even. For me, like I said, it was a must see. I love languages, intrigue as much as I love good acting, skillful story development from first statement to concluding denouement. Shreiber, always bringing a well turned “edge” to anything he does, very well done.
Ajiofor, a masterful actor on stage or screen, terrific. Angelina, whatever the viewer may feel or think about this engaging lady, in this production, “Sis” is at the top of her game. This I include among the List of feature films I call The Abba DuMaine Film Classics. Super thanks to all involved in this project. I wish I had been in the casting.
Derni re chose.
Bolger’s Three Rocks looks the main danger having already won three times since the start of the turf season. He seems to go on any ground and is chasing a four timer.
