Ashlee Simpson files for divorce

Ashlee Simpson, 26, has filed for divorce from Pete Wentz, 31, after almost three years of marriage. They have a two-year-old son, Bronx. There was no third party involved, according to People magazine. “It’s very amicable. They’re on very friendly terms and speaking,” a source close to the couple said. “They’ve just grown apart. They’ve been growing apart for quite some time. They’re both really sad. It’s a sad ending to something that was really promising.” According to TMZ, former Fall Out Boy frontman Wentz apparently begged her not to divorce him, but her friends say she’s tired of his “erratic behavior.” The divorce papers filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Wednesday cites “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split. Simpson has hired celebrity attorney Laura Wasser to represent her — she’s asking for joint legal custody and primary physical custody of Bronx.

I agree theres dating 1st But most men put their best foot forward, most of the time(Women do it to, I know). How can you really get to know someone fully, when you sit across from each other eating a meal?? Most of that comes from Living(marriage) together & seeing what there really like & seeing how they handle situations. Granted of course, the couple could go by themselves for a wkend. or a few days on an adventure of some sort for a yr. or 2. That Might work to see if they are Compatable!
