Beyonce leads Grammy 2017 nominationsThe Recording Academy officially announced the 2017 Grammy Award nominees this morning, and to no one’s surprise, Beyoncé stole the show with an impressive nine nominations.

The singer, who is rumored to be performing at the live ceremony in Los Angeles, took home the Big Three nods: Record of the Year and Song of the Year (“Formation”) and Album of the Year (Lemonade), a feat only replicated by Adele for her own album 25 and its No.1 single “Hello.”

While Adele took home a total of five nominations, Drake and Rihanna trailed closely behind Queen B with eight nods each, including joint recognition for their collaborative smash-hit “Work.” Justin Bieber also impressed, earning nominations for his album Purpose and his song “Love Yourself.”

This year’s Best New Artist category is equally packed with fresh talent, with Chance the Rapper, Kelsea Ballerini, The Chainsmokers, Maren Morris, and Anderson .Paak all vying for their first Grammy win.

Hosted by James Corden, the 59th annual Grammy Awards will be broadcast live on Sunday, February 12, 2017.~Shelby Morton

I really, really hope she doesn’t win them all
