Charges against Jon Bon Jovi’s daughter dropped

Drug charges against Jon Bon Jovi's teenage daughter are set to be dropped. Police were called after the Hamilton College student - whose father battled drug addiction in his youth - was found unresponsive in her dorm room in Kirkland, New York in the early hours of Wednesday but 19-year-old Stephanie Rose and the male pal who was with her won't face charges. According to gossip website TMZ, the District Attorney dropped all charges because of a "New York law that specifically prohibits prosecution of people experiencing a drug overdose -- as well as the people who help them seek medical care." A small bag of heroin along with marijuana and other drug paraphernalia were reportedly discovered in Stephanie's room.
