Charlie Sheen ignored his kids at Christmas

By Alexandra Heilbron on December 30, 2010 | 24 Comments

Instead of spending Christmas with his little daughters with ex-wife Denise Richards or his twin baby sons with estranged wife Brooke, Charlie Sheen decided to go partying. He also didn’t visit his parents or attend the Christmas party hosted by his brother, Emilo Estevez. According to radaronline.com, a source said, “He’s back partying again. Although it’s tough to say he’s back partying because he never really quit!…He likes hookers and he likes coke and he’s got enough money for both.” Notably, last year Sheen cooled his heels in jail on Christmas Day after being accused of wife assault, so maybe he did everyone a favor this year.

Leave the man alone! Seriously, their are more important things to do and think about: Jobs and Laundry! (How to afford groceries each week when you on disability and cant find any work for decent pay or hours)

Family interventions have not worked….re-hab has not worked….only God himself can help this man it seems.

OK, OK, the guy is a douche bag, we get it. Who cares? Let him waste his life away and move on.

I also feel that only God can save Charlie! He is just wasting his life away and takes no thought of anyone except himself. He is a poor father and a poor excuse for a human being!

I lost respect. Did he not do his community service from the last incident?? He clearly doesn’t learn. He’s not even a rock star..sex drugs and acting.

Did anyone expect anything more than that from this loser?

  8. nobody important • December 30, 2010 @ 6:57 PM

He’s such a loser. I’m sicken to see turds like him rewarded with fame and money.

But who are you to judge how he should live his life??? this world need all kind of people… people that are more family oriented and others that are more “independent”… and if this year no one invited him what he should do invite himself or go out partying ???

So what you’re saying is that it’s alright to father a bunch of kids, and deliberately abandon them during the holidays in favor for some hookers and coke?

Do me a favor Greg, and promise you’ll get a chemical castration before you have a chance to bestow your sage wisdom on your kids.

Lord, this site get’s some incredibly dumb comments.

I agree with “Leave him alone”. He makes no bones about what he is like. I like his show and this portrays him in real life. Take him for what he is. Look back on your own life and you may find we are not much better. God has nothing to do with this as he does nothing with anyone else.

  12. Terrence • December 31, 2010 @ 1:38 AM

    Very sad.

  13. Peter • December 31, 2010 @ 3:51 AM

Wow! I`m amazed how many of you think that what he did to his kids, missing their Christmas, is ok. I had a father that also preferred to spend his Christmas holiday with hookers instead of with us, his kids. And I can tell you that it leaves the kid with a scar and bad memories. Not to mention remembering the painful look that my mother had knowing that he was hurting us.

Having kids is not only about paying for their needs, its also about being there for them. So until you`ve lived the experience, don`t assume that this type of behavior is acceptable.

“Look back on your own life and you may find we are not much better”
    I did, and I am.

If people displayed similar empathy towards those in legitimate need –opposed to the overpaid and overprivileged — than we might actually have a society we could be proud of.

I liked “Two and a half men” when it first aired. Now I won’t watch it because it is a bad example of how to raise a family, and I try to do the right thing. And… if kids watch this, it is a very bad example. Plus, I do not watch it because I do not want to support anything that Charlie Sheen is associated with. The personal lives of stars are separate from their professional lives, but in this case, Charlie makes me sick! I do not have contact with my oldest son because he does not want to admit that I’ve done nothing wrong, and he had respect for me, and then he decided to turn on me for no reason, and disown me and say I was crazy. No one thought I deserved this. Now I do not see my granddaughter, and I have never used my children because of an ex, or let my feelings interfere with how I felt about a relative or friend, wanting to see my children. He just stopped seeing me every 2 years or so, because he could. I found that the more that I gave in to him, the more he treated me bad, where there was that initial respect, back and forth. There was never any mention of the granddaughter, in his last e-mail to me. Sad, that Charlie Sheen wants no contact at Xmas, but I would like some, and I do not have it.

  16. Rikki • December 31, 2010 @ 12:01 PM

I wish I could receive special treatment. All I have to do is be famous and the law doesn’t apply to me? No jail time… just fines and rehad? Geez… if I had millions of dollars fine wouldn’t matter to me either… and rehad?! What a joke! They get to go to some hidden resort… and relax… also, FREE OF CHARGE.
The saying ” The rich get richer” Couldn’t be more true.

I love Charlie Sheen, and i hope all works out for him, i believe when the time comes for him to figure it all out, he will be fine. no matter what everyone says about him, i love all his shows and will never stop watching him act. just hope he realizes his fans want him to get better. no body is perfect.

why is this news? This guy has always been a loser.

So what youre saying is that its alright to father a bunch of kids, and deliberately abandon them during the holidays in favor for some hookers and coke?

Do me a favor Greg, and promise youll get a chemical castration before you have a chance to bestow your sage wisdom on your kids.

Lord, this site gets some incredibly dumb comments.

First I don’t have kids… when I will I can bet all I have that I’ll be a great father that will provide everything for his kids…

Do I think a father should be there for their kids, YES. I realize that it affect the kids that grow up without his father or his mom, YES (I knew it since I was a little kid). But do I realize that it’s sometime better, sadly, for a parent to be far from their family, YES. So there’s no link to do with what I’ll do and what I know exist/accept even if its not for me…

So all I can say Nobody is open your eyes!!! it’s not everybody that live in/with perfect family…

The only favor that I’ll give you is to gave them the ability to not judge people from there outside… not to have a close mind and judge people from one bad action… to know what to accept and what not… but you I can guess you’re the type to beat the crap out your kids if he say that he can’t come for thanksgiving or something (it’s a exaggeration… I know you’ll take it literally)

but I have one question for you what’s best for your kids
    1) to come to holidays when you know that you’re not welcomes by others (except your kids) and last year the police arrest you in front of your kids (that I’m sure is not a good holidays memory for them)
2)or spend time with them at an other time???

  20. Jo-Anne. • January 1, 2011 @ 9:24 AM

of course Charlie’s made big mistakes

of course a parent should want to spend not only Christmas but as much time as possible with their kids

of course “the source” could be bogus as well…

Denise and Brooke are gold diggers

Wow, alot of mixed reactions on this one! Personally, I still like watching his program, but I don’t agree with how he’s just wasting his life away, getting into trouble, and more or less, getting away with it!!! He’s living the life of a “bum”, even tho’ he’s still working, but that could go down the tubes for him at any time!! It would serve him right, and maybe he’d learn about really “cleaning up”his act! I’m a little appalled at his behaviour, but not enough for me to dislike him altogether. He needs serious help!!

  23. Dave • April 16, 2011 @ 8:07 PM

He probably didn’t even remember he had kids. Too busy getting stoned with the goddesses.

So many judges…_there is only one that can judge! go ahead and be the one without sin to cast the first stone. Look at your own life and see your own problems, might not be evident to some but judging is a sin that often goes unnoticed by the most holy. Fix yourself and then you may be able to take Christ’s position. I’m sure there are 2 sides to every story? Perhaps his wife is evil or unstable that prevents Charlie from going anywhere near his perfect wife, I’m sure she is perfect.
