Cops called to Katherine Heigl’s house

Police were called to Katherine Heigl‘s house after her next door neighbor became so angry about the noise the actress and her husband, Josh Kelley, were making in their hot tub that the neighbor began to scream obscenities over the fence. Katherine and Josh’s security guard reportedly called the police to come and investigate just after 10 p.m. The couple, still clad in bathing suits, invited the police officers to come inside their home to talk about the incident. They reportedly told the officers the neighbor had complained numerous times about noise from other neighbors as well. The police left soon after and no charges were laid. The following day, Katherine and Josh were all smiles (above) as they took their daughter Naleigh to the doctor for a routine check up. Katherine is currently starring in the romantic comedy Life As We Know It.

That’s weird, I hope the police keep an eye on the nutcase neighbour.
Neighbour sounds like a creeper. At 10 PM they would have to be making an awful lot of noise to warrant yelling at them. Perhaps adequate payback would be for the couple to go into an all out media frenzy here and force this neighbour to deal with paparazzi.
True, 10pm doesn’t really seem late enough for a noise complaint. Judging by this photo, they don’t seem to phased by the whole situation anyway!
Next time, perhaps the neighbour should record it to provide to the police.
Are their neighbors that close?? I would think that the couple would have a larger piece of property where the next door neighbors are not close enough to be worried about noise level.

They were likely tearing off a piece in their hot tub and the neighbour was jealous cuz he/she weren’t getting any themselves that night. Sour grapes.
I have a terrific idea — send the females from Private Practise; Desperate Housewives; Jersey Shore over to the neighbours House and let them party and then call all the husbands and then the police. Bet he wont come out the door again. Can I be the photographer on this one please????
Don’t they live in a mansion? Why would their neighbour be so close? Unless they were blasting music through really huge speakers while they were in the hot tub…
I thought you couldn’t call the cops for noise complaints until after 11 p.m.
Maybe it’s not the neighbor, maybe Heidi thinks she can do what she wants. After all isn’t she a star.

It would seem the the person next door leads a very dull life. Maybe they should get a life.
