Dakota Fanning planning quiet 21st celebration

Dakota Fanning thinks she will just ”stay home” on her 21st birthday. The Twilight Saga actress reaches the milestone age in February 2015 but hasn’t made any plans to celebrate yet, and she admits she gets so tired of being asked about it, she is now expecting to just have a quiet night in. Asked how she will celebrate turning 21, she said: ”I have no idea what to do. It’s been such a talked-about thing for so long, like, what are you gonna do for your birthday, that I think by the time it rolls around I’m just going to stay home with five friends and call it a day.”
And the blonde beauty also admitted she prefers crafting at home to partying in clubs. She told the New York Post‘s Page Six column: ”Pretty much every director I’ve ever worked for I’ve knit a scarf for.” Dakota is likely to spend her birthday with boyfriend Jamie Strachan, whom she recently revealed she is ”super happy” with and doesn’t care about him being 13 years older. She said: ”I’m super happy. I think love is very important and it’s really fun to have someone to experience things with. It makes everything a bit more special. People love who they love and you go with that. People get so stuck in rules for life. You go with what feels right.”

My wife and I have both fell in love with Dakota since she started. She was so adorable and talented! I’ve wondered where did she go? That’s great that she is going to college and she is still adorable! I saw her on Jimmy Fallon tonight. I am proud of her for being herself as far as how she would rather stay in then go out. My son is the same way except he doesn’t knit, but he probably would try if he had a sweet talented young lady to show him the yarns. My mother has knitted and crocheted since I can remember. We were only able to have one child and tried the adoption thing with girls wanting us to adopt their daughter or when she was born only for them to let others in their family to decide who they wanted or trying to get money out of us and then no response. We even went to Ukraine and that was very sad. We had numerous health problems we would accept but they only showed us one photo at a time and we traveled the whole country only to be shown girls who had possible life threatening health risks. We came home and ate happy and thankful we have our son who is tall dark extremely funny athletic an IQ of 143 kind compassionate an extreme gentleman honest faithful not a one night stand type of guy and very handsome. He just turned 27 and went back to college full time. Oh, I hope Dakota sees this. He is single! He honestly is the nicest young man I know. Not always to me, but to everyone. Dakota, when you were young, my wife and me would have loved a daughter just like you! My son is a baseball player and played collegiate level and was being recruited by Northwestern University by the defensive coordinator to play Free Safety. He was fast for a 6’3″ 175# junior in high school. I’ll just say there are politics in every school I’ve ever seen. He threw 87mph before his true college freshman season at a college in IL on a partial scholarship. I don’t know how I got of track on my son. I do have adult ADHD. Sorry. Anyway Dakota it is great to see you are well and are still acting. Gods Peace to you and your family. If you don’t have anybody to stay in and knit, I’ll help fly my son over and he’s always willing to do or try anything appropriate. We love you! James
