Daniel Radcliffe, aka Harry Potter, says he's finally come to terms with his height -- or rather -- lack of height. He says he was concerned that his co-stars, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint, would grow taller than him during the filming of the Harry Potter movies, but luckily, they remained approximately the same height up until the fifth film in the series, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. He told MTV News: "I didn't get particularly worried because as long as Emma and Rupert weren't shooting up too quickly either, I'd look (fine). We'd all look relatively (the same height). It was all going to be okay." However, the actor, who's approximately 5'1", says he would have liked to have been taller than he is, but he seems to be handling the situation with humor. He says, "I was worried on a personal level because I wanted to be slightly taller than I am, ideally. But I've now accepted it. Basically, I came to the conclusion a while ago that you can either be really bitter about it or you can make loads of funny jokes. When I meet people now and they all say, 'God you're so much shorter than I expected!' I always say, 'No! I'm actually slightly further away than you think', which confuses them." Daniel's new movie, The Woman in Black, opens today across Canada. Click here to see Tribute interview Daniel on the red carpet at the Toronto premiere.

Being a small person myself, I find Daniel to be the perfect height...
I agree, he's absolutely adorable.
He's only an inch shorter than me. ^_^
They got it wrong, he's 5'5" according to IMDB....5'1" would be really short.
Yeah i feel him. All the men in my family are 6 feet or higher and i ended up 5'7. Not much you can do except doing an Ethan Hawk from Gataca. lol
Actually imdb has it wrong. I won tickets to the premiere in Toronto and got to meet him and he's shorter than me (I'm 5'3"). I was looking down at him (and I wasn't wearing heels). I guesstimated he was somewhere between 5' and 5'2". Anyway, imdb has Emma Watson listed as 5'5" too but she's a lot taller than Daniel.
Seriously Missy? Wow, I did not expect that.
Everyone has their crap... This piece only proves that movie stars are just like everyone else in their insecurities, and that money can't buy everything...
he is a great actor either way and very versatile in his acting. and I love his eyes i met his parents and him when he was quite young before the harry potter series he sent me a letter and a autographed photo when he got the role of harry he is a nice young man not spoiled like a lot of those young actors.
Better to be short and trim than tall and obese.
plus ladies, you can carry him in your purse wherever you go
Not that it really matters, but I think he admitted somewhere that he was 5'4 and a half. Most sources say 5'5 though. Emma is probably around 5'5... maybe add half an inch. She's not that much taller than him. The only reason why she looks so much taller than him during premieres is because she wears heals which gives her a couple extra inches. When they are on set and in the film, she is only just slightly taller than him.
Tribute really sometimes write the dumbest articles. He isn't 5'1. At least make sure your information is, oh I don't know, correct...?
Maybe he can stand on his money. He'll be 6'+ plus as result.
He's NOT 5'1. Definitely not. I mean, what even? He's 5'5 according to many sources.
Daniel is slightly taller than Emma.

I've met Emma in real life 2 years ago, and she's about 5'4" (5'6" with a heel on, maybe) so Daniel must be at least 5'5", as reported.
