David Duchovny and Tea Leoni split again

By Alexandra Heilbron on June 29, 2011 | 11 Comments

The X-Files star David Duchovny and his wife of 14 years, Téa Leoni, have separated again. Their first separation was in October 2008, amid allegations that Duchovny had an affair and following treatment in rehab for sex addiction. They were back together a few months later, with David telling Access Hollywood: “We’re a strong family and there’s a lot of love in our family and we’re just really grateful for everybody’s concern,” he said. “My life has changed, in many ways, for the better.” The couple have a daughter, Madelaine West, 12 and a son, Kyd Miller, nine. They have not decided yet if they will file for divorce.

No one said they split the second time because he cheated;maybe she just never got over the original cheating … people change no point staying together if it is not working

Marriage takes on a lot of added stress in Movieworld, especially if either of them have even a little bit of insecurity in their nature.

May be they can’t get along very well from the beginning. May be they don’t have the good chemistry in their relationship. David seems to be not cheerful with Tea in all their photographs all these while, but he look so cheerful when Gillian Anderson is around. They really have a good chemistry in and off screne.
    Hey, David! Marry Gillian!!!

“X-Files Star”? Is Tribute mentally handicapped? He’s on a new show now, for the past 3 years, Californication. Idiots.

Um, Patrick, there were so many issues on screen between Gillian and David, there were times they hated each other. All that tension in part was dislike. However they overcame it and made a great show. And I agree with you as well Matt, Californication is excellent…and recent.

I do really wish Hollywood would put a ban on articles about people’s married lives. I know it will never happen, but I never though it was anyone’s business why people do the things they do in their personal lives. And yes, I know I’m posting on an article that does just that, hence why I posted here.

I’ve never seen Californication, it’s on a station you have to pay extra for, so probably a lot of people haven’t seen it. I remember him from X-files. At any rate, not a fan. Tea can do better.
