Deathly Hallows London premiere bewitching

It’s the beginning of the end for Harry Potter, at least on the red carpet that is. Last night’s London premiere of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows drew throngs of Muggles to Leicester Square to catch a fleeting look at the film’s young stars, with some fans camping out overnight despite the rainy weather. Present at the film’s premiere were Deathly Hallows’ stars Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint, along with Bonnie Wright, Helena Bonham Carter and Ralph Fiennes. Series author J.K. Rowling likewise strutted her stuff for the red carpet premiere.
Perhaps most noteworthy was 20-year-old Emma Watson’s surprisingly short haircut, a definite departure from the wavy locks she sported as Hermione Granger. The early critic’s buzz about the latest Harry Potter flick? Deathly Hallows is dark, well acted and the scariest Potter film yet. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows hits theaters November 19.

Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling and Canadian author Margaret Atwood are two of many public figures signing an open letter denouncing “cancel culture.”
Been a big fan of these films thus far. The last film was one of my favorites so I am looking forward to this installment. Emma’s facial feature do lend well to short hair. Good for her.

Read every book, watched all the movies, and looking forward to this first parter. Sure will miss these characters when it’s finally over. It has truly been a magical series and my hats off to JK Rowling for keeping us so transfixed over the years. Probably won’t read the series again but will watch the movies over and Overrrrrr! Loved it.

I know a lot of older and young people alike that are uber-excited to see this movie. I personally don’t get the huge appeal but there you have it. $5.4 billion worldwide franchise is going to shoot up to 6 billion then with the next one up to 7billion. non-stop money maker. But it’s hours of escapism for those who enjoy it.
I loved the H.P. books/movies, last movie least favourite. Am very excited to see the new one and the last installment in the summer…
