Deborah Cox gives birth to third child

Deborah CoxThree-time Juno Award winner Deborah Cox and her husband/manager Lascelles Stephens welcomed their third child, Kaila Michelle, into their family at 11:55 a.m. in Miami, Florida on Monday, February 23rd. Weighing in at a healthy 7.7 lbs, Deborah says the baby is “perfect and we feel very blessed.” The couple has a son Isaiah, and another daughter, Sumayah. It’s been a busy month for Deborah, who was born in Toronto — her album, The Promise, has been nominated for a 2009 JUNO Award for Best R&B Album of the Year, and she will also be a presenter at the award show, held in Vancouver on March 29th. The first single, Beautiful U.R. is days away from certified Platinum in Canada, and the video is currently #2 on the MuchMoreMusic Countdown.

    There is a guitarist who plays at subway stations in Toronto who was a Juno award winner..playing for change.

    I bet she means 1 sister…it wouldn’t make any sense if it was “sisterS”.

    I think what Tribute did, making it mandatory for a name and email address to be inserted is a good start!!

    Monique, did you mean one sister had 13 single births, or more than one sister? We’re confused!
    Yeah, I agree, Nancy, I’m not quite sure what their reasons are, but it should make it easy for them if they need to contact anyone for any reason (like maybe nasty comments?).
