Dennis Quaid reunites with wife

Dennis Quaid and Kimberly Buffington-Quaid Dennis Quaid, who filed for divorce from his wife of eight years, Kimberly Buffington-Quaid in November, just six weeks after she announced their legal separation - has reportedly decided to give their marriage another try despite the fact they both already signed their divorce papers. According to gossip website TMZ.com, the couple reunited but it is too late for them to halt their divorce. The paperwork is currently in the possession of a judge and there is no way of removing it from the courts system so the judgment will become final. It is not known if the couple plans to remarry. Former real estate agent Kimberly filed for a formal separation last October. A source connected with the couple revealed the reason for the split was that "Kimberly is fed up with Dennis' cheating and wants out of the marriage. He's not a good husband." Under the terms of their divorce settlement, Kimberly and their children have exclusive occupancy of their home in Pacific Palisades until they turn 18. The actor - who was previously married to actresses Meg Ryan and P.J. Soles - requested joint physical and legal custody of the twins and offered to pay spousal support in his divorce papers.
