District Attorney debating whether to prosecute Justin Bieber

The Los Angeles County District Attorney is debating whether to prosecute Justin Bieber for allegedly spitting in his neighbor’s face and threatening to kill him. The Sheriff has asked prosecutors to bring the singer before a judge. In the incident that took place March 26, Justin was allegedly speeding in his Ferrari in a residential community area near his home around 8:00 a.m. when a neighbor, Jeffrey Schwartz, 47, confronted him. Justin allegedly ordered Schwartz to get off his property, spat in his face and issued a death threat. Investigators are urging prosecutors to charge the singer with battery, but reports say officers think the teen needs counselling for his repeated poor choices and behavior, not jail time. ~Sarah Dos Santos[poll id=”446″]

    do it,

celebrities are subject to the law like everyone else. if it was a regular person, this wouldn’t even be a consideration

One law for da rich n famous and another for everyone else…courts are a joke as long as this happenz…do whatever ya want as long as ya got sum fundz ta pay your way outta trouble…if this was innvolving a “regular” person he/she would be in jail or on bond until trial and then the judge/jury would decide his/her fate and punishment administered.

Just a pile of overpaid White Trash trying to act like a Gangster. Something he’s not. I say stick him in jail, and let the trash in there counsel him. They’ll give him all the counseling his little behind needs. My other choice would be to force him to live in the Canadian city of Saskatoon for about three months while wearing a T Shirt that says I’m a Bad Ass American on the front. If he lives more than ten minutes without MMA bodyguards protecting him he’ll be glad to come home to his nice safe neighborhood in America and treat his elders with the respect they deserve.

Anyone else would be in handcuffs. Celebrities seem to get breaks all the time. This kid needs to be made an example of. He has millions of fans who idolize him. Some jail time might wizen him up.

Justin didn’t mean it when he did this stuff and It was one time just give it a break already. Justin is a really good person and does so much for the community! He should defiantly not face jail time

The little P.O.S. should go to jail like any other american and in america spitting on someone IS ASSAULT. This little b***h thinks he is above every other person on the planet.Send him to gen pop see what happens when he spits on someone in L.A. COUNTY. Even Paris Hilton tried to do her time and she is as worthless as he is.I’d like to close with this i would give my pinky finger at least for that punk a** to spit on me: first i’d snatch him up(while my boys is dealin with his little bodyguards) and after all that was done i’d slap his punk a** with a civil assault suit.I would also lay down money that this neighbor is either para or quadrapalegic, maybe a double arm amputee or just a very meek non-confrontational person has anyone even heard whether the neighbor was even a man.Anyways this dude is scum and do we want role models like him. I’d rather my kids listen to Em or Dre or Snoop, icecube or even old school NWA or even Cypress Hill i mean i’d prefer none of that but better real s**t with a message than some fake a** little scumbag who must kids would follow like lemmings right off the cliff. In short send his a** to jail with some kind of meaningful community service and not T.V. ads.Like a childrens cancer center or a hospice something to wake him up and see if he has any substance at all. I can’t even believe there’s a question of charges.

Since Justin thinks he has all this money he can do what he damn well please’s. He is a joke, and his Mom seems like she doesn’t care what he does. He needs to be taught the right way and should know that you can’t get away with this. ASSHOLE!!!!!! A 19 year old punk. Lock his ass up. His parents don’t care either cause Justin gives them money.
