Former Playmate accused of attempted murder

Angela Dorian, 66, who was the 1968 Playboy Playmate of the Year, has been charged with attempted murder after she allegedly shot her boyfriend in their Hollywood apartment, according to TMZ. Dorian, whose real name is Victoria Vetri, was arrested Saturday night and is currently still behind bars. Her bail is set at $1 million. Law enforcement sources say Dorian and her boyfriend were having an argument that got violent, which prompted Dorian to grab a gun and fire at least one shot at close range into his upper body. He was rushed to the hospital and is expected to recover. Dorian, who was a former model, made guest appearances on many TV shows in the 1960s and ’70s, including Star Trek, Batman, The Courtship of Eddie’s Father, Perry Mason, Hogan’s Heroes and Mission Impossible. She also appeared in the classic movie Rosemary’s Baby. She was married three times, all of which ended in divorce, and has a 46-year-old son from her first marriage.
Again minimal information released in this story. As I don’t personally know much about her I cannot pass much judgment. What I will be curious to find out is why she felt threatened enough to grab a gun. The answer to that riddle still has not been addressed.
i was wondering the same thing…if the fight was getting violent and she NEEDED to grab a gun, maybe he was abusing her or something and she just didnt tell anyone. either way, i agree theres no point in forming an opinion here until we know the rest of the story.

All arguments and such in the states need to end in gun shots. Step on someones toes, well that’s clear disrespect and should be shot. Yelling match, well let’s be the ultimate winner and shoot the other person so they shut right up. Amazing to me. I guess there was no turning back after that argument.
Ally said it right, what’s this world coming to… Does someone need to be shot? No! Then she will be in jail, nobody actually wins. Guns Guns Guns are the answer to all riddles.
She should have shot him in the head. He’d be dead and her jail time would be pretty much the same as what she’s gonna get now, hahaha. Oh well….maybe next time.
